Our Process

Initial Consultation
Meeting on site with Isaac, owner and director of IHDC to discuss the project and any requirements or questions you may have.

Design
Working alongside our recommended draftsman to assist you in putting your dream home on paper. We can also assist with design ideas to help bring your vision to life.

Tender
Providing an accurate cost analysis of your project inclusive of all trades, siteworks & inclusions.

Approval
Discussing any changes or alterations you may have before approving tender and commencing construction.

Contracts
These are prepared by IHDC and will be ready for you to sign and arrange a start date for your project.

Building Commencement
We will provide frequent updates on the project and keep you as involved as possible so you can monitor each stage and watch your dream come to reality.

Handover
We carry out a thorough inspection of the property and ensure you are 100% happy with the final product before we hand the keys over.

Maintenance Period
Should any issues arise during the Defect Liability Period, we will attend to these with haste.
